Currently running master theses:
TH-2024-1: Explore how data needs / requirements are communicated between (ML) model-developers and experimenters in environmental research and investigate ways to improve this communication.
TH-2024-2: Investigate the reporting of data quality aspects in data portals and databases used for obtaining training data for ML models in environental research.
TH-2024-3: Investigate how to structure requirements for automotive perception systems and inter-relate between them especially in relation to safety aspects and fairness.
TH-2024-4: Studying an architectural pattern for deep learning code in the automotive industry.
TH-2024-5: Explore causal models as a way to improve scientific grounding for studies on designing defect / fault detection.
